Modern Prairie Sewing — Oven Towel

Hi Folks! I am excited to be sharing a new sewing book that just hit the shelves! Modern Prairie Sewing by Abigail Long is a sweet book that includes over 20 handmade projects for you and your friends!

For her blog hop, I decided to make the Oven Towel found on page 112. It is an adorable hand towel adorned with a button so you can easily secure it to your oven while cooking and baking in your kitchen. I love that it mimics the silhouette of an apron– so fitting! One of my favorite things about this project in particular is how little fabric it takes! Seriously! Grab some scraps and you are good to go.
